摘　　要：简要介绍了开发通信网集中监控与维护系统的背景,新兴的"富客户端"概念,对Smart较成熟的Client富客户端开发技术进行了研究。以此为基础,根据系统客户端的需求,结合.NET平台和SmartClient技术,在通信网网管领域首次提出了基于"富客户端"端技术的、智能化、易扩展的集中监控维护终端总体架构,并给出了其中部分功能模块的实现方案。The background of developing integrated monitoring controlling and integrated maintenance system of communications network are analysed, the conception of rich client is introduced and its developing technology is studied. According to client requirements of IMSN, combined with. NET tech and smart client tech, a intellectualized, well expandable framework of IMSN terminal based on rich client technology in field ofnctwork management is presented. At the same time, implementation scheme ofpart offunction modules is brought forward.
