制药业产品跟踪管理模型的研究与应用

摘　　要：在制药企业中,产品和物料的管理对控制药品的质量至关重要。同时随着我国制药业的发展,企业要管理的物资种类和信息越来越多。针对制药企业面临的这些物流管理方面的挑战,提出了一个制药企业的产品跟踪管理模型。该模型以一个批次管理模型为基础,能够实现从物料采购到产品销售的各个环节的产品跟踪。最后介绍了该模型在为贵阳制药业开发的某ERP系统中的具体应用,通过应用成果验证了该模型的可行性。In pharmaceutical industry, the management of material and product is very important to control medicine quality. And as Chinese pharmaceutical industry develops, there are more material and products for enterprise to manage and control. To overcome these challenges, a product tracking model for pharmaceutical industry is presented. Based on a batch management model, this tracking model can trace all the processes from material purchasing to product sale. This model is finally proved effective by an application in the ERP system developed for GuiYang pharmaceutical industry.
