摘　　要：建立以Internet为基础的B2B网络销售系统平台,是实现企业信息化管理的重要环节。在分析B2B的商业交易流程基础上,对系统进行了详细的需求分析,重点讨论了系统建模及功能模块的设计与实现,并采用EJB组件技术,建立了一个三层结构体系的B2B电子商务系统。It is important approach to realize information management for commercial enterprise by construction of E-commerce web site. On analysis the business trade flow based on B2B, requirement analysis is discussed in detail and the modeling, design and implementation of system is emphasized. A B2B e-business system of three-layer architecture by EJB-component technology is established.
