摘　　要：随着数字化医院建设的发展,医院信息系统得到了广泛应用。如何对医院信息系统产生海量数据进行科学的分析处理以便为决策者提供决策支持已经成为医疗领域面临的新课题。对医疗领域的数据仓库和联机分析处理的部分设计开发过程和关键技术进行了研究,提出采用需求驱动和数据驱动相结合的设计方法,对医院信息系统中数据进行提取、建模,并建立多维数据集。最后,设计并实现了一个医院数据仓库实例。With the development of digital hospital, HIS is widely used. How to analyse large quantity of information in the HIS with scientific technique and to provide decision supports for decision maker, has become a new subject to medical field. The partial designs and the key technology about the data warehouse and the OLAP of medical field are researched deeply. The data within HIS is carried on withdraw, setting up the model, and data cubes are constructed by the design method of data-driven method combined with demanddriven. A hospital data warehouse based on HIS is designed and an application case is presented.
