摘 要:分析了在锡矿石的细磨过程中球形介质、棒形介质的不适应性,提出了短柱形介质在细磨中的优势,并进一步对双球面与双平面短柱形介质进行对比磨碎试验研究,得出了双平面短柱形介质具有较好的磨碎作用,不仅能减轻锡矿石的过粉碎,解决磨不细与过粉碎之间的矛盾,还能提高合格粒级的利用系数.The inadaptability of spherical media and stick media in fine grinding process of tin ore is first analyzed in this paper. The superiority of cylindrical media in fine grinding process is then put forward. A contrastire grinding experiment on double sphere and double plane of short cylindrical media is also carried out. It is suggested that the double plane of short cylindrical media has a better grinding function, which can not only alleviate over crush, but also solve the contradiction between not grinding fine and over crush, and improve utilizable coefficient of qualified particle.
