昆明市自来水水价分析

摘　　要：自来水水价涉及全社会成员的生活基础，水价的高低直接影响居民的生活质量，关系到社会安定，是社会安定和谐的根本基础．通过认识水价概念及了解昆明市自来水水价情况，在昆明市进行了1200份的问卷调查，探讨了目前昆明市水价的合理性，提出了昆明市自来水合理水价的建议，同时对昆明市的自来水水价做出初步预测，认为昆明市水价偏高，且在2006～2007两年中上调幅度过大，应兼顾各方利益确定合理水价．As tap water is essential to all the members in the society, water price is a key ingredient to everyone living standard and to the security of the society. With understanding of tap water price concept and Kunming tap water price situation, a 1200 - piece - questionnaire survey is conducted in Kunming to discuss the rationali- ty of current Kunming water price. The reasonable price of tap water is then proposed. It is estimated that the water price is a little high in Kunming and that the price growth in 2006 and 2007 is too fast. It is suggested that the reasonable price should take the interest of all parties into consideration.
