摘 要:试验选用12周龄健康金定母鸭144只,采用2×3两因素有重复试验设计,研究低温及维生素A(VA)对育成期(12~16周龄)笼养蛋鸭生产性能及生化指标的影响。试验设两个温度水平,分别是(2±1)℃和(18±1)℃,3个VA添加水平,分别为2 500、5 000和10 000 IU·kg-1。试验共分6个处理组。结果表明,①低温使日采食量和料重比有升高的趋势,日增重有降低的趋势,但都未达到显著的水平。另外,随着VA添加量的增加,日增重有升高的趋势。②低温对血中葡萄糖(GLU)影响不显著(P>0.05)。低温对蛋白指标影响不显著(P>0.05),但随VA水平的提高,蛋白指标均有上升趋势,但未达显著水平;低温有使尿酸(URIC)、尿素氮(BUN)升高的趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05);低温使碱性磷酸酶有降低的趋势,但未达到显著水平。③温度对三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)影响不显著;VA水平对T3影响不显著,但是VA水平对T4影响显著。④低温和VA水平对输卵管的长度和重量影响显著,但温度和VA的交互作用对输卵管影响不显著(P>0.05)。This experiment selected the 144 healthy Jinding ducks(13 weeks of ages), in 2×3 factors with the reduplicate test design to research influence of low temperature and VA on young laying duck (12-16 weeks of ages) production performance and the biochemical indicator. The experiment was divided in to 6 groups randomly, 3 VA increase levels, respectively was 2500, 5000 and 10000 IU·kg^-1. The results showed as follows:①The low temperature caused feed intake and feed conversion ratio showed upwards tendency, the daily gains showed downwards tendency, but they all reached significant level. Moreover, along with the VA additive quantity increased, the daily gains showed upwards tendency.②The low temperature had no significant effects on GLU and protein index (P〉0.05), but along with the VA additive quantity increased, the protein index in creased but did not reach the significant level; the low temperature made the uric acid (URIC) and the urea nitrogen (BUN) showed upwards tendency, but the contrast did not significant (P〉0.05); the low temperature made the alkalinity phosphatase index deduced, but it did not reach significant level.③The low temperature had no significant effects on T3 and T4 (P〉0.05); VA levels had no significant effects on T3 also (P〉0.05), but had significant effects on Tn (P〈0.05).④Low temperature and VA levels had significant effects on the oviduct's length and weight, but the interaction of the temperature and the vitamin had no significant effects on the oviduct's length and weight (P〉0.05).
