摘　　要：在系统可编程(ISP)技术消除了传统电子设计的一系列弊病,带来数字电路与系统设计手段的革新,大大加快了大规模集成电路的应用和研究,是现代工程师必须掌握的理想工具之一。基于ISP技术现代电子设计平台和开发软件,首先简述运用ISP技术实现HDB3码编码的基本原理及方法,然后基于ISP技术现代电子设计平台和开发软件,实现了HDB3编解码电路的硬件配置和功能仿真设计。In-System Programmable （ISP） technology which brings the great innovation to digital circuit and system design implement,avoids certain disadvantage of traditional PLD,and makes great progress in LSI＇s application and research. It is an ideal implement that modern engineers should have. This paper describs the basic principle and method of HDB3,based on the principle and exploited software of ISP technology, successfully realizes the code and decode of HDB3 including circuit hardware configuration and functional simulation design.
