摘　　要：1911年,清政府颁布了《大清民律草案》,这是中国历史上的第一部民法典,它揭开了中国民法近代化的序幕。本文主要对晚清民法改革的背景、《大清民律草案》的主要内容、历史意义及局限性等问题进行一番剖析。In 1911 Qing government promulgated the Draft Civil Law of Great Qing which was the first Civil Code in Chinese history and was the prologue of the modernization of Chinese civil code. This paper mainly discusses the background of the reform of the Civil Code in late Qing Dynasty, the main content of the Draft Civil Law of Great Qing, and the historical significance and limitations.
