祁帮票商长盛不衰原因之分析

摘　　要：晋商自清代始,出现一个新型的群体———票商,他们通过汇票纸解决了中国南北货币大流通的难题。祁帮票商票号成为山西票号史上营业时间最长的三大票号,其原因有三:一、知人善用,任人唯贤;二、端赖铺章,不拘陈规;三、茶票生理,优势互补。Since the Qing Dynasty, sprang up among the Shanxi Merchants a new group merchants of exchange shops, who, by means of money order, solved the problem with the currency of money between the north and south of China. The Qixian merchants managed the three exchange shops which were the most prolonged in the history of Shanxi exchange shop, the factors for which are as follows： 1. know one＇s subordinates well enough to assign them jobs commensurate with their abilities, and appoint them on their merit; 2. innovate and perfect the regnlations for managing without sticking to usual formalities; 3. operate teahouse and exchange shop, taking the advantage of their complementation.
