摘  要:目的考察羌活挥发油对大黄藤素小鼠体外经皮渗透的影响,筛选中药透皮促进剂。方法用改良的Franz扩散池进行体外透皮实验,以氮酮为对照,观察不同浓度的羌活挥发油对大黄藤素的促透皮作用。以紫外分光光度法测定大黄藤素的含量。结果不同浓度的促透剂中5%羌活油,5%氮酮的促透效果最好,5 mg.mL-1大黄藤素24 h平均累积渗透量分别为6166.96、5068.87μg.cm-2;6 h平均透皮速率常数分别为277.53、221.44μg.cm-2.h-1;增渗倍数分别为1.1104、1.3217。结论5%羌活挥发油对大黄藤素有较强的促透皮作用。Objective To investigate the enhancing effect of volatile oil of Rhizoma Et Radix Notopterygii on the permeation of palmatine hydrochloride through mouse skin in vitro and to screen permeation enhancer from Traditional Chi nese Medicine. Methyls Enhancing effect of various concentrations of volatile oil of Rhizoma Et Radix Notopterygii on the permeation of palmatine hydrochloride was tested by an improved method of Franz diffusion cells and was com pared with azone. the content of palmatine hydrochloride was detected with ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results In the various concentrations of penetration enhancers 5% volatile oil of Rhizoma Et Radix Notopterygii and 5% azone had obvious enhancing effect on the permeation of palmatine hydrochloride in vitro. After adding them to palmatine hydro- chloride (5 mg · mL^-1 ), the average cumulative doses of skin permeation for 24 hours were 6 166.96 and 5 068.87 /μg· cm^-2 respectively; the rate constants of skin permeation for 6 hours were 277.53 and 221.44 /μg· cm^-2·h^-1 respectively; and the multiple of anatonosis was 1. 110 4 and h 321 7 respectively. Conelusion The 5% volatile oil of Rhizoma Et Radix Notopterygii possesed better permeation enhancement effect on palmatine hydrochloride in vitro.
