摘　　要：目的 建立反相高效液相色谱法测定马沙拉嗪的含量。方法 采用Hypersil C18（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）色谱柱，流动相为甲醇-水溶液（60：40），检测波长为210nm，进样体积20μL。结果马沙拉嗪在5～300μg·mL^-1，线性关系良好（r＝o．9999）。结论 该法的专属性强，用于马沙拉嗪含量测定，准确可靠。Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method to detenmine the content of mesalazine. Methods The sample was quantified by an RP-HPMC, which was equipped with a Hypersil C18 column （4. 6 mm× 250 mm, 5μm）. Methonal-H2O （60 ： 40） was used as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1, 0 mL · min^-1 , and the wave length was 210 nm. Results The method showed a good linearity for mesalazine in the range of 5～300 μg · mL^-1 （r=0. 999 9）. Conclusion The method showed spelificity with high precision. It is effective for determining the content of mesalazine.
