摘　　要：从护理科学发展需要创新型护理人才、需要护理人员有理论创新意识、有科研兴护意识、能持续更新知识与能力方面,阐述了护理科学发展与创新型护理人才的紧密关系。提出护理创新需要营造鼓励创新、允许失败的探索氛围。创新是实现护理快速发展的重要因素,更是促进护理进步和发展的根本基础。It expounded the close relationship between the development of nursing science and creative nursing talent man from the development needs of nursing science for whom with theoretical creative consciousness, consciousness of promoting nursing through scientific research, and who can renovate knowledge and ability continuously. And it put forward that nursing ctcation needs to establish an exploring atmosphere of encouraging creation and permitting failure. Creation is an important factor to realize the fast development of nursing science, and more it is the fundamental foundation of promoting nursing science development as well .
