摘　　要：目的通过有效的外科治疗方法治疗结核性脓胸合并肺部病灶,防止术后严重并发症的发生。方法1998年6月～2007年8月该院对所收治的结合性脓胸合并肺内结核病灶的患者,在手术过程中采用下压肺病灶周围组织,超越病灶底部,横褥式缝合方法,处理肺部结核病灶,并对手术疗效进行观察。结果围手术期及术后3个月复查,无并发症发生,均临床治愈。结论采用该缝合方法具有较好的临床效果。Objective To cure tuberculous empyema complicating focus of infection at bellows ,through effective surgical therapy and to prevent occurrence of postop severity complication. Methods Cured tuberculous empyema complicating focus of infection at bellows through effective surgical therapy from June 1998 to August 2007. Infer-pressed circumtissue of lung surpassing basefond of focus of infection, adopted dia-mattress suture to deal tuberculose focus at lung and observed curative effect. Results They were all healing well and no complications within re-examination after operation and three month later. Conclusion There are better clinical effective by adopting dia-mattress suture.
