七氟醚用于老年患者全麻诱导的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察七氟醚在老年患者麻醉诱导中的效果。方法选择ASAI￣Ⅱ级择期手术患者36例,随机分为A、B两组。A组全静脉麻醉诱导;B组吸入6%七氟醚,氧气流量2L/min。分别观察相应指标。结果两组老年患者意识消失时间、睫毛反射消失时间有显著差异,B组短于A组。两组患者麻醉诱导期SpO2均在95%以上。插管后两组血压、脉搏均上升,上升幅度相近。结论七氟醚用于老年患者麻醉诱导迅速、平稳,对心血管影响小,无明显不良反应。Objective To study the effects of sevoflurane in general anesthesia inducing for aged patients. Methods 36 cases of ASAⅠ- Ⅱ patients were divided into two groups randomly. Group A was induced by total intravenous anesthesia. Group B was inhaled 6% sevoflurane .the flux of 02 was 2L/rain.The relative data was observed. Results There was significant difference disappearing time of respiratory and recovering reflex between both groups, group B being much shorter. Conclusion The sevoflurane might have inducing smoothly without exciting time and quick sleep. The sevoflurane affect cardiovascular system without stronger effect.
