试论和谐大学文化建设的若干问题

摘　　要：建设和谐大学需要培育和谐的大学文化,植根于大学教育环境中的大学文化,是文化在大学校园方面的再现与反映,是促进大学生素质全面提高和身心全面发展的有效载体。在深入阐述大学文化的科学内涵、时代特质以及建设和谐大学文化的重要意义和历史使命,剖析和谐社会建设过程中大学文化的不和谐因素的基础上,从重塑精神理念、培育制度体系、营造环境氛围、确立发展目标等角度,探讨了和谐大学文化建设的重点和策略。A harmonious university culture should be fostered in the construction of a harmonious university. University culture, conceived in the university education environment, is the reflection of culture on campus and an effective medium through which college students＇ physical and mental quality can be comprehensively promoted. This paper elaborates the connotation and the characteristics of university culture, and brings home the significance and the mission of constructing a harmonious university culture. Based on an analysis of the disharmonious elements in university culture in the course of building up a harmonious society, it discusses the focal points and the strategy in developing a harmonious university culture.
