摘 要:目的:通过对医院发生的输血不良反应进行回顾分析,探讨拟建立输血不良反应的预警网络系统,把输血科和临床输血工作信息联系起来,对输血不良反应进行数据收集、储存、分析与处理。方法:应用以往输血广州医学院第二附属医院临床输注血液相关制品后的输血反应进行统计和分析,记录发生输血不良反应的情况。结果:广州医学院第二附属医院临床输血不良反应发生率较低,在输注红细胞悬液的患者中输血不良反应率最高,以发热反应多见,而输注血浆和机采血小板引起的不良反应则以过敏反应常见。结论:采用输血新技术,拟建立输血不良反应的预警网络系统,科学、合理地利用血资源,有效降低输血不良反应率。Objective: To discuss the establishment of the early-warning network system of adverse transfusion reaction and association between transfusion department and clinical transfusion information so as to collect, store, analyze and process the records of adverse transfusion reaction by retrospective analysis of adverse transfusion reaction in our hospital, Methods: The data of adverse transfusion reaction in our hospital was carried on statistics and analysis. Results:The incidence of adverse transfusion reaction in our hospital was low. The incidence of adverse transfusion reaction in patients who received RBC transfusion was the highest and the incidence of febrile reaction was the highest in them. While the incidence of allergic reaction was the highest in the patients who received FFP or PLT transfusion. Conclusion:It is necessary to adopt new skills of blood transfusion and set up the early-warning network system of adverse transfusion reaction so as to use blood resource scientifically and reasonably and decrease the incidence of adverse transfusion reactions effectively.
