摘　　要：在阐明s×t-s+1阶Steiner三连系构造的基本思路的基础上,证明了关于s×t-s+1阶Steiner三连系的存在和构造方面的相关定理,同时介绍和分析了19阶Steiner三连系构造的全过程,及s×t-s+1阶Steiner三连系的计数问题。In view of the basic concept of constructing Steiner triple systems, the concerning theorem of existence and construction for this systems of order s×t-s＋1 is proved. Then the entire procedure of constructing Steiner triple systems of order 19 and the enumeration problem of Steiner triple systems of order s×t-s＋1 are analyzed and introduced.
