摘　　要：家庭医学是一门以人为中心,以维护和促进健康为目标,向个人和家庭提供连续、便捷的基本卫生服务功能的综合性临床医学学科。它超越了传统医学模式的机械性,最大限度地满足了人的需求。然而,受家庭医生教育水平和远程医疗技术的限制,当前的家庭医疗使用情况还远未达到预期的目标。本文着力于剖析其中的原因和技术障碍,论证了具备健康管理功能的新一代家庭医疗系统框架,并试图指出推进这一系统走向现实的可行途径。从检测、监护、诊断、治疗等方面评述当今最新发展技术,并指出系列具体的突破方向,以期实现个人健康从被动走向主动的自我管理,从而提高医疗效率,降低医疗成本。Family medicine is a medical discipline aiming to provide a continuous and comprehensive health care for individuals and families. It overcomes the rigidity of traditional medical mode and may satisfy human needs to a greatest extent. However,due to the limitation of the quality of family physicians and the level of telemedicine techniques,the ideal goal of the family medicine with respect to overall health care and promotion is still far to reach. This paper analyzes the causes and technical obstacles thus encountered. A system framework for new generation family medicine for health care is outlined. Some feasible ways to its realization is illustrated. The state of the art of technologies on disease detection,monitoring,diagnosis and treatment is reviewed. A series of specific directions for technological breakthroughs are suggested,which will promote a translation of health care from passive state to active self-management,and thus significantly improve medical efficiency and lower cost of medical care.
