摘  要:采用混凝-气浮法处理VAE乳液废水,探讨混凝-气浮法处理VAE乳液废水的可行性及影响因素。结果表明,混凝-气浮法是一种处理VAE乳液废水的有效方法,混凝剂投量、pH值、搅拌强度和絮凝时间对处理效果均有一定的影响,试验确定了最佳试验条件为:搅拌强度500 r/min,絮凝时间4 min,pH值范围7~9。在最佳试验条件下,聚合氯化铁的投加量为375 mg/L时,出水COD的质量浓度为195 mg/L,浊度为86 NTU,去除率分别达到94%和97%。Coagulation-air t:loatation process was used to treat VAE emulsion wastewater, the feasibility and the influence factors were discussed. The results indicated that: coagulation-air floatation was an effective treatment process for VAE emulsion wastewater treatment, the treatment effect were influenced by coagulant dosage, pH value, stirring intensity and flocculation time. The test determined the optimal test condition: the stirring intensity was 500 r/min, the flocculation time was 4 min, the pH range was 7 - 9. Under the optimal condition, when the dosage of polyferric chloride was 375 mg/L, the effluent COD was decreased to 195 mg/L with removal rate of 94%, and the turbidity was 86 NTU with removal rate of 97%.
