摘 要:亚麻生产要进行煮炼脱胶处理,过程中产生的大量胶质,常规的生物处理不能有效去除,往往需要后续氧化处理。试验采用芬顿氧化法处理生物处理后的亚麻废水,该废水COD的质量浓度为1 747 mg/L,色度为200倍,通过正交试验和单因素影响试验获得最佳控制条件为pH值为4.5,FeSO4投加量1 500 mg/L,H2O2投加量1 500 mg/L,反应时间为1 h,在最佳条件下,COD去除率为57%,色度去除率达到90%以上。Flax production needs cooking technology for degumming, lots of gelatines are produced go with the process, which can't be effectively removed by routine biotreatment, and often needs subsequent-oxidation. The test used Fenton-oxidation process to treat biotreated flax wastewater, the mass concentration of COD of the wastewater was 1 747 mg/L, the chroma was 200 times. According to the orthogonal experiment and single-factor experiment, the optimal condition for the process control was determined, that was: the pH value was 4.5, the dosage of FeSO4 and H202 were 1 500 mg/L respectively, the reaction time was 1 h. Under the said condition, the removal rate of COD was 57%, the removal rate of chroma reached above 90%.
