Short-term Effects of Thinning on Alkaline Phosphatase Activity in the Soils of Young Plantation of Platycladus orientalis in Beijing Mountainous Areas

摘  要:对不同间伐措施侧柏人工林下土壤碱性磷酸酶,进行了较为系统的分析研究。结果表明,间伐强度和月份变化均引起土壤碱性磷酸酶活性的显著变化。在0<h≤10 cm土层,强度抚育后,碱性磷酸酶活性高于中度、弱度抚育和对照。10 cm<h≤20 cm土层,强度和中度抚育高于弱度抚育和对照。从月份上看,中度抚育对月份的变化响应较快,在6月份就高于其他3个处理,到了8月,3种抚育强度的碱性磷酸酶活性都高于对照。方差分析结果表明,强度和中度的间伐与对照有显著差异(P<0.05),对侧柏林的土壤有一定的改良作用,较适合采用,尤以强度间伐为优,即在林龄20 a的阳坡厚土侧柏人工林,经营密度应保持在3400株/hm2左右。An experiment was conducted to study the alkaline phosphatase in the soils of young plantations of Platycladus orientalis. Result shows that the activity of alkaline phosphatase changes greatly with thinning intensity and season varying. The activity of alkaline phosphatase is the highest in the heavy thinning treatment at soil depth of 0 - 10 cm, and it is the highest in the heavy thinning and moderate thinning treatments at soil depth of 10 -20 cm. The activity of alkaline phosphatase for the treatment of moderate thinning changes obviously with varying season, and it is higher than the other treatments in June. The activities of alkaline phosphatase for the treatments of heavy thinning, moderate thinning and weak thinning in August are all higher than that of the control. Variance analysis shows that there are notable differences in the activity of alkaline phosphatase between the treatments of moderate thinning, heavy thinning and the control, and the heavy thinning is more favorable to soil melioration. The appropriate stand density for Platycladus orientalis plantations should be about 3 400 stems per hectare.
