天然沸石提高采收率作用机理及效果

摘　　要：利用天然沸石颗粒具有比表面大、吸附能力强、密度小和成本低等特点,研究油藏特高渗透层封堵的效果.通过室内物理模拟,对天然沸石物化性能进行测定,分析其调驱机理,并进行调驱效果评价和矿场应用分析.结果表明,天然沸石聚合物溶液能够起到很好的调驱效果,其段塞尺寸越大、注入时机越早、沸石颗粒质量分数越大,调驱效果越好.大庆喇嘛甸油田矿场试验表明,天然沸石聚合物溶液可以对特高渗透层实施有效封堵,所选4口注入井注入压力比调剖前上升了0.9～5.2MPa,而11口油井含水率、产液量和采出液聚合物质量浓度降低,最高增加原油6t,最高降低含水率为6.1%,最高降低采出液聚合物质量浓度为190mg.L-1.Using the character about the high surface to volume ratio,great absorption capability,small density and wide resource of natural zeolite grain,we studied blocking of zeolite and flooding effect to the high permeability strata,evaluated the blocking of zeolite and flooding effect,and analyzed the blocking and flooding mechanism through the method indoor.The results show that the natural zeolite polymer solution can achieve good result,injection time is earlier and the slug size is bigger and the zeolite concentration is higher.Field test of Lamadian oilfield shows that the natural zeolite polymer solution is extremely effective to block the extra-high permeable strata,increasing the injection pressure by 0.9～5.2 MPa of the 4 injection wells and it also made the water cut,liquid,produced polymer quality concentration decreasing,the highest produced increasing oil is 6 tons,the highest water cut decreasing is 6.1%,the highest produced polymer decreasing quality concentration is 190 mg·L-1.
