摘　　要：无固相完井液体系以大阳离子聚合物PTA和小阳离子聚合物作黏土稳定剂,以质量分数为0.01%～0.02%的Na2SO3作缓蚀剂,以HEC做增黏剂配制而成.完井液的滚动回收率为95%,静态膨胀率小于2.0%,对膨润土具有极好的防膨性能,腐蚀速率为0.0775g.m-2.h-1;对于不同渗透率的岩心,伤害程度小于20%,岩心的渗透率越高,完井液对岩心的伤害程度越轻.现场试验表明,2个试验区块的单井注水强度平均提高98%,单井注水指数平均提高175%.The non-solid completion fluid is composed of the clay stabilizer with the high cation polymer PTA and low cation polymer,Na_2SO_3 as inhibitor whose mass ratio is 0.01%~0.02%,tackifier HEC.The recovery rate of the completion fluid is 95%.The static swelling rate is less than 2.0%.The completion fluid has better anti-swelling performance.The corrosive rate is 0.077 5 g·m-2·h-1.For the different permeability core,the damage rate is less than 20%.The higher the core permeability,the less the core damage rate of completion.The field test showed that the single well injecting ability and index are improved by 98% and 175% respectively.
