摘　　要：针对利用硫化铜矿冶炼吹炼炉烟气制得的硫酸易发红、发黑和发绿的情况,结合生产工艺,利用分析检测、焰色反应和挂片实验等手段,明确了原因。采取了相应的控制措施:冶炼系统合理配料、严格规范工艺操作、细化管理、及时清理沉积物等,取得了良好的效果。As sulfuric acid, prepared from blowing furnace flue gas in the copper sulfide ore smelting, is easy to get reddish, blackish and greenish, reasons are found through analysis and detection, flame color reaction and hanging experiment in combination with the production process. Corresponding control measures are taken: reasonable feed distribution in the smelting system, strict and standard process operation, detailed management and timely cleanup of sediments, thus good results are obtained.
