摘　　要：随着我国城市发展进程的加快,城市建设征地拆迁中出现的利益冲突问题越来越引起人们的重视。从利益相关者理论出发,通过对城市建设征地拆迁中的利益相关者进行识别和分析,并通过案例分析,找到利益冲突的关键要素,最后针对利益冲突的特点,提出通过利益调整的办法解决城市征地拆迁中的利益冲突问题。With the fast process of urban development in China,more and more attention has been paid to the conflicts of interests in the land acquisition and house demolition.Based on the interest correlation theory,the interest correlation participants in the land acquisition and house demolition in urban construction were identified and analyzed.Through case analysis,the key factor of the conflicts of interests was found.Finally,the adjustment of interests was put forward to solve the conflicts of interests in the land acquisition and house demolition in urban construction according to the features of conflicts of interests.
