摘 要:在太阳能应用系统中,为了研究一种结构简单、成本低廉且跟踪精度高的太阳跟踪方法,提出了一种新型的双轴跟踪实验系统,实现太阳法线方向的实时跟踪。系统以配以USB接口板的便携式微机(笔记本电脑)为核心,构建根据太阳光线与太阳能电池板夹角变化追踪太阳位置的光电传感跟踪模式,和根据基准时间变化计算太阳位置并进行追踪的时间跟踪模式两种实验系统,同时可通过步进电机和直流电机两种实验方式驱动双轴跟踪装置控制太阳能电池板的方位角和高度角,论文完成了测控系统的硬件和软件设计,装置的精度可以达到0.5°,可进行各种条件下的太阳能跟踪系统的现场实验。In the solar application system, in order to research a solar-tracking method which is simple, inexpensive, with high precision, a new doubleaxis tracking experimental system is introduced, which can track the real time normal direction of solar. The core of the system is a portable computer (laptop) with USB interface board, two tracking modes experimental system are introduced. One is based on photoelectricity sensor which is used to test the changes of the angle between solar straight irradiation direction and the vertical axis of solar cell board, the other is based on the changes of benchmark time, calculating the position of the sun. Step motor and direct current motor experimental methods are used to drive double-axis tracking device which can control the azimuth and altitude angle of the cell board. Thesis completed the sensor tracking hardware and software design, the results show that the tracking device accuracy can be achieved 0.5°. The system can be used to do the solar tracking experiment in different kinds of environment.
