摘　　要：介绍利用WinINet.dll内的API函数,实现FTP客户端功能的一种方法,完成FTP服务器上文件上传和下载的基本功能,并介绍在VB6.0开发环境中的实现方式。Introduces the method of developing the client of FTP and the skill of using the functions of API in WinINet.dll. Completes the tasks such as upload and download in FTP server via the method. Shows how to realize it in the environment of VB 6.0.
