摘  要:针对高液限粘土不能满足高等级公路路基填料的要求这一问题,通过一系列试验,研究了其化学成分及物理力学指标。对比分析了高液限粘土分别掺入4%NCS-4和4%、8%石灰外掺剂后所形成的加固土工程特性。通过SEM扫描电镜实验结果,分析了4%NCS-4加固土的加固机理,进一步对4%NCS-4和4%、8%石灰加固土的施工工艺和经济性进行了对比。结果表明,掺入4%NCS-4所形成的加固土具有较好的力学性能,且早期强度较大,施工工艺简单,造价相对比较低,施工方便。The clay with high liquid limit couldn't be used as the subgrade filling for high grade highway. In order to solve the problem, a series of tests are carried out to study the chemical ingredients and physical characters for this kind of clay. The engineering characteristics of the stabilized soils which are made from the clay mixed with the 4% NCS-4 and with the 4%, 8% lime respectively are analyzed. Based on the results from the SEM electron microscope scanning tests, the mechanism of the stabilized soils with 4% NCS-4 is obtained. The comparisons of construction technique and economical factors are also made between the 4% NCS-4 stabilized soil and the 4%, 8% lime-stabilized soil respectively. The results show that the stabilized soil withthe addition of 4% NCS-4 could get better mechanical properties, and the soil is Of the features such as higher early strength, simpler construction technique, lower cost and more convenient to construction.
