摘 要:大同盆地由于水资源缺乏且分布不均匀,以及地下水的过量开采已经引起了严重的环境地质问题。本文建立了大同盆地地下水的三维流动数学模型,应用数值模拟的方法,评价了大同盆地地下水资源量。模拟结果表明大同盆地地下水已经超采且开采非常不平衡;在降雨保证率为50%的情况下,大同盆地年水资源补给量为7.1×10~8m^3,降雨保证率为95%的情况下,年水资源补给量为6.3×10~8m^3,而总排泄量达7.7×10~8m^3(2004年),其中蒸发排泄达总排泄量的35%左右(约2.64×10~8m^3)。根据地下水的开采情况及"引黄入晋"工程北干线的进度,应用模型设计方案对大同盆地地下水资源的优化配置做了评价分析。Because of the water resource shortage, the inequality distribution and the over exploitation the serious environmental-geologic problems have arisen in Datong Basin. A three-dimension mathematical model for the groundwater flow in the basin is established and the numerical simulation is applied to appraise the groundwater resources. The results indicate that the groundwater in the basin is extremely over mined and unbalanced. On the condition of 50% precipitation guarantee rate in the basin, the annual water resource supplement could reach 710 million m^3 . While the precipitation guarantee rate keeps 95%, the annual water resource supplement is 630 million m^3, but the total drainage reaches 770 million m^3 (Year 2004). Therefore, the model is used to adjust the pumping distribution, and to make the appraisal to the groundwater resource optimized allocation in the basin after carrying out "Wanjiazhai YRDP" (Yellow River Diversion Project). The method could also be applied to other similar projects.
