摘　　要：本文首先研究了基于GPS/PDA/GIS技术的土地变更调查数据采集系统的构成、作业流程,然后详细分析了目前采用的土地利用空间数据交换格式,在实践中存在的不足之处,提出了采用XML/GML修订土地利用空间数据的交换格式的建议,以实现更加开放更加便捷的数据交换。最后,针对在实际调查中,由于原始数据不能满足差分解算的约束条件而得不到解算结果,出现测量轨迹不连续的情况,提出了用单点定位结果对DGPS结果进行补充的实用方法。In this paper, for land use change survey, the form and the work flow of data collection system are studied based on GPS/PDA/GIS technologies. In order to realize the data exchange more easily and open, XML/GML is used to emend it because of the shortcomings in the exchange format of existed data for land use. Since the original data can not accord with the condition of difference calculation, which could lead to discontinuous survey tracks in practice, therefore, a method of supplement DGPS with single GPS is given.
