摘　　要：本文就信托公司市场退出过程中的投资者权益保障难的表现、主要原因和信托及信托财产的基本法律性质等进行了较深入的分析,并就将来信托公司市场退出时的信托财产保护制度建设和监管等提出相应政策建议。This article conducts in-depth analysis on issues relating to investors right protection in trust company＇s market withdrawal. Such issues include phenomenon, cause, and legal nature of trust and trust property. Based on the analysis, this article gives suggestions on construction of trust property protection system and its regulation in market withdrawal.
