摘 要:为了提高串联战斗部侵彻爆炸反应装甲的能力,消除爆炸反应装甲对主射流的影响,对串联战斗部前级爆炸成型弹丸(EFP)侵彻爆炸反应装甲进行了数值模拟和试验研究。建立了前级EFP装药从起爆、成型到侵彻爆炸反应装甲全过程的有限元模型,采用二维轴对称拉格朗日算法计算得到了EFP侵彻爆炸反应装甲各板的速度、直(孔)径和PBX9504炸药板内的冲击压力,得出了EFP对爆炸反应装甲穿而不爆的结论。通过EFP实弹侵彻爆炸反应装甲实验,证实了串联战斗部前级EFP对爆炸反应装甲穿而不爆的过程。To improve the tandem shaped charge warhead (TSCW) penetrating ability against explosive reactive armor (ERA) and to decontaminate the ERA' s influence on main jet, the numerical simulation and experimental studies are applied in front explosively formed projectile (EFP) penetrating through ERA. The finite element model of EFP detonation, formation and penetration are established by using two-dimensional axial symmetry Lagrange method. The velocities and diameters (apertures) of each board of EFP penetrating explosive reactive armor and the shock pressure in PBX9504 explosive plate are gained in the penetration process, and EFP penetrating-but-not-detonated ERA is concluded, which is proved by live ammunition experiment.
