摘 要:采用预酸化-UASB工艺对乳制品生产废水进行处理,研究结果表明:预酸化可降解大量有机物,提高废水的生化性;废水经厌氧处理,HRT=24 h时COD去除率达88.9%,运行效果稳定。采用一级反应动力学方程和Monod方程,分别对预酸化和厌氧处理过程中有机物去除进行研究,确定了动力学参数,求得动力学模型分别为S=S0e-0.3031t和V=0.286S8026+S。The treatment of wastewater from dairy products by pre-acidification combined with UASB process showed that lots of organic matters were removed by pre-acidification and the biodegradability of the wastewater was improved. In anaerobic treatment process, the removal efficiency of COD was 88.9%, and the operation was stable when HRT= 24h. According to first order reaction kinetic equation and Monod equation, the removal of organic matter in pre-acidification and anaerobic treatment process was investigated and the kinetic parameters were determined. Kinetic equations were obtained as S=S0e^-0.3031t and V=0.286 S/8026+S.
