摘  要:2003年6~9月杭嘉湖地区遭到了高温干旱灾害。为确保太湖的蓄水量和调蓄能力,及时启动了“引江济太”调水工程,引长江水补充太湖,满足了下游地区的用水量需要。运用大量资料对比,进行水量计算、水质分析,论述了太湖调蓄对杭嘉湖平原、嘉兴市河网蓄水量的影响,探讨了提高水资源利用能力、增强抵御自然灾害的初步设想。Hangjiahu area suffered from high temperature and drought from June to September, 2003. Water diversion project from Changjiang River to Taihu Lake was carried out right away to ensure water storage and storage capacity of Taihu Lake and meet water demand of lower areas. Based on comparison of lots of data and water quantity computation and water quality analyses, effects of storage of Taihu Lake on Hangjiahu Plain and storage of river network in Jiaxing City were pointed out, Measures to improve water utilization and strengthen the resistance against natural disasters were discussed.
