摘 要:本文用端异氰酸酯基聚氨酯预聚体与环氧树脂F-44复合,得到了一种性能优异的改性环氧树脂合剂。粘接试样的剪切强度、不均匀扯离强度以及浇铸体的抗冲击强度、弯曲强度和拉伸强度数据表明:聚氨酯分子量及用量或固化体系不同,粘合剂的粘接性能、机械强度尤其是韧性均比纯F—44有显著提高。本文还用扫描电镜、DTA等手段研究了改性体系的微观结构和耐热性,探讨了改性机理。by the reaction of -NCD in polyurethane with -OH in bisphenol A epoxy(E 44),a polyurethane modifying epoxy adhesive was prepared with excellent toughness,adherence and mechanical properties than those of unmodified epoxy adhesive .When the molecular weight of polyurethane is 2280 and its amount is 30phr,there appears the best properties at which the shear strength,uneven tear strength,impact strength,bend strength and tensile strength increased by factors of 39%.36%,70%,140% and 350% respextively.DTA curves show that the modification doesn't decrease the paralytic temperature of epoxy.By comparison of SEM photographs of impacted sample's broken faces,it is proved preliminarily that suitable phase separation is the cause of excellent properties of the modified adhesive.
