Determination of Platinum as Chelate With 4, 5-Dibromophenylfluorone by Reversed-phase High-performance Liquid Chromatography

摘  要:在 Nucleosil C18柱(5μm,250×4.6 mm)上,研究了 Pt(Ⅱ)-4,5-二溴苯基荧光酮螯 合物分离和检测的最宜的流动相组成。用含0.01 mol/L的HAc-NaAc(pH 5.0)的乙腈-水 (70:30,V/V)作流动相,流速为 0.4 mL/min,于 540nm处检测。测定铂的校准线的浓度范 围是0.03~0.3×10-6g/mL;检测限为0.020ng。方法之选择性和灵敏度甚高,已应用于实 样分析。On a Nucleosil C18 column(5 μm, 250 × 4. 6 mm i. d. ), the optimum composition of mobile phase for the separation and detection of the chelate of platinum(Ⅱ) with 4, 5-di- bromophenylfluorone was investigated. An acetonitrile-water (70: 30, V/V) solution con- taining 0. 01 mol/L acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer(pH 5. 0) was used as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0. 4 mL/min, and the chelate was detected at 540 nm. The calibration graph was rectilinear from 0. 03-0. 3?l0-6 mg/L for platinum. The detection limit was 0. 02 ng, being the highest detection sensitivity among the reported articles for determination of plat- inum by HPLC-spectrophotometry. The proposed method has been applied to the analysis of practical samples.
