摘　　要：现在,具有一定规模的网络(比如一所高校、一个较大规模的企业等)如果没有一套良好的网络管理系统和网络管理模式,要想使网络长期安全、高效地正常运行,是很难想象的。本文将以一所高等学院的网络管理系统为例,具体分析网络管理系统规划的基本方法和基本模型,具体包括:IP地址规划、网络设备的SNMP配置规划、网管服务器规划、网管软件规划、远程管理系统规划、网管数据库服务器规划等项目。Now,it is beyond imagination to maintain a long- term safe and high -efficienty network（ e. g. in a universithy or in a large enterprise）without a good and satisfied network management system. This article has analyzed basic method and model of network management system layout based on the network management system of a universithy. It includes IP address layout, SNMP configuration layout of network device, the layout of network management server, the layout of network management software, the layout of remote management system and the layout of network management database server.
