棘托竹荪菌盖的化学成分及抑菌作用研究(Ⅱ)

摘　　要：用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取棘托竹荪菌盖挥发油,得率为0.088%;用石油醚冷浸提菌盖,得率为0.374%。应用GC-MS对棘托竹荪菌盖挥发油和石油醚提取物的化学成分进行研究,经HP-5MS柱分离,质谱解析分别鉴定出41种和30种成分,其中有15种成分是首次从竹荪属中检测到的。挥发油的主要成分为芳香烃、醇、脂肪酸、酮、倍半萜、酯、醛等,石油醚提取物的主要成分为脂肪酸、醇、酯、芳香烃、酮等。菌盖提取物的抑菌效果:挥发油>石油醚提取物。挥发油对受试的霉菌、酵母菌、细菌都有强的抑制作用。The volatile oil of pileus of Dictyophora echinovolvata is extracted by water-steaming method,the extraction rate is 0.088%.The pileus of the mushroom is extracted by petroleum ether in room temperature（25～30 ℃）,the extraction rates is 0.374%.The chemical compositions of the volatile oil and the petroleum ether extract had been identified by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry.Forty-one and thirty compositions had been identified from the volatile oil and the petroleum ether extract.Among them,fifteen compositions were identified from Dictyophora sp.for the first time.The major components of volatile oil are aromatic hydrocarbon,alcohol,fatty acid,ketone,sesquiterpene,ester,aldehyde etc.The petroleum ether extract major components are fatty acid,alcohol,ester,aromatic hydrocarbon,ketone etc.The antimicrobial activity of the volatile oil is stronger than that of the petroleum ether extract.The volatile oil has strong antimicrobial activity to mold,yeast,bacteria tested.
