α-型重组人肿瘤坏死因子衍生物体内抑瘤作用的初步研究

摘　　要：以荷瘤小鼠为模型 ,对 α-型重组人肿瘤坏死因子衍生物 rh TNF- α- Da的体内抑瘤作用进行了考察。结果表明 rh TNF- α- Da对 S180 小鼠肉瘤以及荷人肝癌 SMMC772 1和人结肠癌HCT- 8的裸鼠都具有明显的抑制效应 ,且这种作用存在剂量依赖关系 。The antitumour effects of rhTNF α Da, a kind of recombinant human tumour necrosis factor alpha (rhTNF α) analog,were assessed on tumour bearing mice model. Intratumoural administration of rhTNF α Da resulted in significant dose dependent tumour growth inhibition against transplanted mouse sarcoma S 180 and human hepatocellular carcinoma SMMC 7721 and colon carcinoma HCT 8 xenografts in nude mice. These priliminary results suggested the potential applications of this preparation in cancer therapy.
