摘　　要：通过筛选 L -天冬酰胺酶的稳定剂实验 ,表明甘露醇能增强 L -天冬酰胺酶的稳定性。在避光条件下 ,以甘露醇为稳定剂 ,L -天冬酰胺酶溶液 (酶∶甘露醇为 1∶ 2 ,W/ W) ,2 5℃时贮存期为 2 .5个月 ;冻干制品 (酶∶甘露醇为 1∶ 1,W/ W) ,2 5℃时贮存期为 2 .76年。It was observed that mannitol was able to stabilize L asparaginase Ⅱ. The shelf life of L asparaginase with mannitol in solution was 2.5 months (25℃), and the shelf life of L asparaginase with mannitol at weight ratio (1∶1) of enzyme to mannitol in lyophilization was 2.76 years (25℃).
