拮氟锐的急性毒性试验研究

摘　　要：目的：用小白鼠进行急性毒性试验，以确定拮氟锐的毒性等级和提供其慢性毒性试验依据。方法：用灌胃法给药；观察小白鼠不同时间的各种表现；用改良Ｋǎｒｂｅｒ法计算拮氟锐的半数致死剂量。结果：低剂量组动物灌胃后未见明显变化，其它剂量组动物均出现死亡；观察见有激惹状态、皮肤潮红、腹泻、粪便带血等现象；拮氟锐的半数致死剂量为２９５５６ｍｇ／ｋｇ。结论：拮氟锐属微毒，动物的急性中毒主要表现为硼砂和锌的中毒症状。Objective Geffrey is a new anti-fluoride drug,in order to determine its toxicity and provide evidence for its chronic toxicity,the acute toxicity test in the mice was undertaken.Methods After Geffrey was given by gavagel, the manifestions were observed and LD50 of Geffrey was calcalated by karber method.Results No significant changes were observed in the mice in the lowest concentration group.Some of the animals died in the other groups,and its main toxic symptoms included hyperresonance,hyperemia of skin,diarrhea,mucous with blood in feces,et al.Conclusion Geffrey belongs to gentle toxic drug,and its LD50 is 29556 mg/kg,the toxic symptoms of boron and zinc are the main manifestion of the mice's acute toxicity of Geffrey.
