干扰素α-2b联合阿维A酯治疗扁平疣128例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨干扰素α-2b联合阿维A酯治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法对128例扁平疣患者采用肌内注射干扰素α-2b、口服阿维A酯，观察其疗效。结果痊愈89例，显效16例，有效14例，无效9例，总有效率82．0％。结论干扰素α-2b联合阿维A酯治疗扁平疣有较好的临床疗效。Objective To observe and analyse the therapeutic effect of interferon α-2b combined with etretinate on verruca planae. Methods 128 cases were given etretinate and intranmuscular injected interferon α-2b,then their effects were observed. Results After 4 to 8 weeks observation,89 cases were cured（69.5 % ）, 16 cases had evidently effects（12.5 % ）, 14 cases had effects. The total efficiency was 82.0 %. Conclusion Interferon α-2b combined with etretinate are safe and effective in treating patients with verruca planae.
