摘　　要：目的探讨血液净化在治疗急性肾功能衰竭中的应用效果。方法对急诊血液净化治疗的急性肾功能衰竭421例次的临床资料进行分析。结果治愈162例，转维持性血液透析128例，自动出院81例。结论急性肾功能衰竭等各种临床危重症早期进行血液净化可以明显改善预后，减少其他脏器并发症的发生。Objective To approach the clinical effect of blood purification in treating acute renal failure. Methods Having analyzed the clinical records of 421 cases of acute renal failure through emergency blood purification. Results Having healed 182 cases,having kept 148 cases for maintenance by hematodialysis treatment and 45 cases having left hopital of their own accord. Conclusion The promptly application of emergency hematodialysis in various kinds of critical diseases such as acute renal failure can significantly improve the prognosis and decrease the complication involving other organs.
