摘　　要：缩短平均住院日能够充分利用有限的医疗资源，提高医院的经济和社会效益。加强医疗核心制度管理，可以提高医疗质量和医疗效率，有效缩短平均住院日，实现病人和医院利益双赢。Shortening the average hospital stay can be beneficial to take full advantage of limited health resources and increase the economic and social benefits of hospital. Strengthening the management on core medical quality system may improve the medical quality and efficiency of medical services, improve the diagnostic rate and cure rate, reduce the incidence of complications, strengthen the prevention and control of nosocomial infections, improve the check system, thus effectively shorten the average hos- pital stay, and finally achieve a win--win situation of patients and hospital.
