摘　　要：通过阐述医院与社区卫生服务机构互动与整合的基本概念和管理机制，论述了国际医疗服务领域在研究影响医院与社区卫士服务机构之间互动整合，特别是对影响医生转诊等有关因素方面的具体研究结果与发现。The paper expounds the basic concepts and management mechanisms of interaction and integration between hospitals and community health centers, and discusses the research results on factors influencing the interaction and integration, especially influencing the referral of medical care in the international medical care systems.
