摘　　要：食肉目哺乳动物位于食物链顶端,很多成员是野生动物保护的重要对象.目前国内外关于它们食性的研究方法主要有直接观察法、食痕分析法、粪便分析法、粪便DNA分析法、胃内容物分析法、笼养实验法、稳定同位素分析法和驯服动物觅食记录法.其中前4种是无损伤取样法,对动物没有太大的影响,应用较多,特别是在对珍稀濒危动物的研究方面,而后4种则应用较少.综述食肉目动物食性研究方法,并讨论它们各自的优缺点及其应用,为今后食肉目动物的保护与研究提供参考.In this paper, eight methods were introduced to study carnivore food habit. There were direct observation, food marks analysis, scat analysis, faecal DNA analysis, stomach content analysis, board foraging trial, stable isotope analysis, record performing animal. The former four methods have no significant damnification on animals, and have been applied in many studies. The others have no more applications. In this paper we reviewed the studying methods of carnivore food habit, and discussed their advantages, disadvantages and applications, and hoped to offer some reference for the subsequent conservation and study on carnivores.
