木薯快速繁殖技术的研究

摘　　要：以木薯品种华南124和新选048茎段为外殖体,MS为基本培养基,设计不同浓度的BA、KT、NAA等单因子试验。结果表明:适宜不定芽诱导分化的培养基为MS+KT3.0 mg/L;适宜诱导生根的培养基为1/2 MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L。This paper mainly dealt with the study on shoot organogenesis culture from stem segments explant of cassave varieties ＂Huanan 124＂ and ＂Xinxuan 048＂ .The results showed that MS medium supplemented with KT 3.0 mg/L was the best medium for the differention and mutiplication of the shoots. The optimal rooting medium was 1/2 MS medium supplemented with NAA 0.1 mg/L.
