摘  要:准确捕获同步信号是霓虹灯控制器一个重要的实际问题。为了解决交流电(同步信号源)在尖峰电压、浪涌电流和电网电压畸变等严重干扰的情况下不能被准确捕获的问题,介绍以AM8EB057A为控制核心,采用相位电平同步方式、通道封锁等抗干扰方法和自由同步的补偿措施来准确捕获同步信号的软件方案。实验证明,系统运行可靠、抗干扰性能强,可广泛用于晶闸管相控触发电路中。It is an important and practical problem for a neon light controller to capture accurately the synchronous signal. In order to solve the problem, that is, the alternating current (synchronous signal source) cannot be accurately captured in the case of serious interferences, e.g. the sharp peak voltage, the surge current and the electrical network voltage distortion, etc. , an implementing method, mainly by software solu- tion is presented. In the system, AM8EB057A is adopted as the control core, with the synchronous mode of phase level, channel block for anti- interference, and free synchronization compensation, the synchronous signal is accurately captured. The result of the experiments shows that the system is reliable and has good antiinterference capability, which can be used widely in thyristor controlled triggering circuits.
