摘　　要：《江格尔》是研究中国蒙古族以及北方民族的历史发展和文化观念的重要资料,其中对女性角色的描绘较为复杂。女性一方面被超凡化叙述,为男性所崇拜和恐惧;一方面又被物化和束缚,失去自主意志,被剥夺话语权,处于失语状态。它反映了史诗时代中国北方妇女的历史地位及生存处境。The Epic Jongar is an important text to study Mongolia and nationalities in North China. It displays the complexity of female characters. On the one hand, it admires females, hoping them to rescue and instruct the heroes at a critical time. On the other hand, it neglects the females＇ independent consciousness, having women robbed, or becoming captives, or a loyal wife. The Epic displays the historical position and living conditions of women in north China in the epic times.
